The Bournemouth Septenary Trust is an umbrella trust of seven schools in Bournemouth. Umbrella Trusts are a relatively uncommon academy structure, but essentially each school is an individual academy trust in its own right, but there is also an Umbrella Trust board that has oversight across the schools. Griffin provide the year end accounts preparation and statutory audit to all seven schools in the trust, as well as internal audit, Teachers’ Pension Audit and assisting with the ESFA returns.
